This place goes back to the 1940's as the awesome classic cars in the parking lot indicate. It was near the Harsen's Island Ferry Dock. Looking at the historical aerial photos, it appears it was wiped out by the late 1990's. It was run by the John Moran family until they sold it to William Nimz in 1965. As of 2024, there seems to be some sort of construction project on the former lot. This makes sense as it is a nice waterfront property.
